Claim Research Services is the largest, most experienced claim investigative unit in the State of Oklahoma.  Our efforts are devoted entirely to developing information required to properly evaluate questionable insurance claims.  Utilizing Claim Research Services will not only result in saving time and money but will also make less complex the decision to become involved in litigation.

The requesting party is apprised of the progress of an investigation and normally discussion is held prior to conclusion to assure all points are properly covered.

A concise report is submitted which includes names and location of informants and sources, types of records checked to facilitate recontact for witness or testimony purposes.  We also have access to various records and entities not available to the general public.  These sources of information are not named and are maintained on a confidential basis for obvious reasons.

Assignments are routinely handled within the State of Oklahoma, western Arkansas, southern Kansas and north Texas.  Completion of an assignment rarely exceeds two weeks.  Urgent matters can be handled within a few hours if necessary, as a result of our complete staffs in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

We have twenty full time, career investigators, all are licensed through the Council on Law Enforcement of the State of Oklahoma.  We employ no part time or contract personnel.
